WinnieYippie uses Singpost/J&T to deliver all your orders locally and internationally for free

At Yippie's World, we understand that shipping fees can be a burden, especially for international customers. That's why we offer free worldwide shipping with our carefully chosen service provider. We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us, without worrying about additional costs.

However, we also understand that some customers may have specific shipping requirements that our service provider may not be able to accommodate. If you prefer a different shipping arrangement, we are more than happy to help. You may choose to ship with SFEXPRESS / DHL / FEDEX at an additional cost please feel free to email us and we'll do our best to work with you. 

Please note that if you do choose an alternative shipping method, the costs will be borne by the buyer.

We always strive to provide transparent and fair pricing, and we want to make sure that you are fully informed of any additional fees that may be incurred.


All parcels are shipped from Singapore from our working studio.
All items that will be packed and mailed are subjected to post-production. Please do read the estimated delivery time, especially for art toys, do also follow WINNIEYIPPIE on Instagram or Facebook for updates

A tracking number and confirmation will be issued via email when your items have been shipped. 


International

Registered Postage (w/ tracking number only up till Singapore)
Unfortunately, we are unable to track your orders beyond Singapore, you will need to contact your local service provider for updates once your parcel has reached your country 

Duration: 1-5 weeks (may vary depending on the country)

Please note: Orders shipped outside of Singapore are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the designated country.

Lost/ Missing packages 
Winnieyippie will not be liable for missing packages or damaged shipments.

Please ensure that your billing and mailing addresses are correct before you send in your order.

Return and exchange policy

Sales items are strictly non-eligible for returns or exchanges. 

All our products are personally checked by us before shipping out

Your order will also not be eligible for returns or exchanges if discount codes are applied.

Request to return and exchange must be made within  7 days of receiving the items.

Return and exchange will be only accepted under the following condition(s)

  • The customer has received the wrong items from the order

  • Items must be returned in a brand-new condition 

  1. Item is Unworn

  2. Item is Unopened 

  3. Item is unintentionally damaged or defective 

Return and exchange will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or worn.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, shipping the products back to us is based on your own cost.
